MONTGOMERY PARK
This former Montgomery Ward warehouse and store is located on the site of the Lewis and Clark Exposition in 1905. Built in 1920 it was closed in 1982 and sold to a developer who reconfigured it to a mixed use building. Its distinctive rooftop sign has become a Portland landmark.
ARLENE SCHNITZER CONCERT HALL
Known for its ornate Italian Rococo Revival architecture and iconic street sign with over 6000 lights, this venue was built in 1928 as the Portland Publix Theater. It is home to the Oregon Symphony and nicknamed "The Schnitz".


FOREST PARK
Over 5000 acres and nearly 80 miles of trails this 7 mile long park sits on the eastern slope of the Tualatin Mountains in NW Portland. Home to over 100 species of birds, the park gets over 40 inches of rain annually.
POWELL'S CITY OF BOOKS
The worlds largest independent bookstore and sits on an entire city block. It houses over a million new, used, and rare books. The building rises 4 stories, has 68,000 sq ft and has 9 colored-coded rooms. Its rare book room houses collectable rare books and autographed first editions.
