This Is Our Story

When in college our founder, James Crabb, developed an interest in history and an education in food distribution. Ever since, he has pursued both subjects. After years of sales and marketing positions, he shifted his focus and opened and operated Taste on 23rd. This was a wine bar and bottle shop serving small plates of food that became popular with Portlands out of town guests. He took notice of their interest in the food and beverage culture and the history of Portland and the idea of Marquee Tours was born.
